Returns



If the item you receive is dysfunctional or defective because of a manufacturer's error, please phone us right away. We will help you arrange a replacement or a refund from the manufacturer.

We cannot accept returns or grant exchanges or refunds for items of a personal nature - basically anything that touches your bare skin - including: compression garments, ostomy supplies, support braces, breast & nipple shields, and toileting and bedding accessories.

Items marked "clearance" or "sale" are considered final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

Regular priced books will be considered for exchange only.

If you have questions or concerns about a product, please phone our toll free number to find out more about the item before you order it. Better yet, come visit us at the store!

If you buy an item from Living Room Pharmacy and it does not meet your expectations, please phone us for return instructions. We will be able to send you a Canada Post return shipping label. You may return it for a refund or exchange, so long as ALL 6 of the following criteria are met:

  1. Item is returned within 30 days of the sale.

  2. Item is still in its original packaging; it has not been used, and tags are still attached. It needs to be in good sell-able condition. Remember, no one else wants to buy a new product that looks used or is in a damaged package. Books will be considered for exchange only. Again, they need to be in as-new condition: no bent, folded or torn pages, spines or covers.

  3. You include a legible copy of the original sales receipt.

  4. You include a Returns and Exchanges Request Form.

  5. You pay the postage AND INSURANCE if the item is valued at more than $50 CDN. Product insurance is a crucial step. If something disappears on its way to us or if it is damaged during shipping, it is the shipper's responsibility.  If an item is not insured and it does not arrive at our facilities, or if it is damaged en route, we are not able to accept any liabilities.  In short, you will be out the item and the money used to pay for it! Note: if we ship the wrong item, or the item doesn't work right out of the box, we will pay the return shipping. Please call us for details.
